I think it's just about time that I update the journal. Not that anyone cares, it just helps me sum up a period of time.

I apologize for not contributing a whole lot of photography lately. I haven't had too much time for anything, really.

In September I started school again. Five courses; one more than usual. Core French, philosophy, physics, music, and music and computers online. Ah, music class... amazing. This online course is sort of a blend of learning about recording techniques and the software/DJ-ish side of music. It's good, and I go to another school once a week to record. Currently I'm working with a trumpeter on the other side of a city on some jazz standards.

We started pit band for our school musical two weeks ago. That consists of myself on bass, on flute/piccolo, and other non-dA-goers on everything else. As well as being an actress and as assistant stage manager. I'm also going with some of these people to see the Toronto Symphony Orchestra play tomorrow, and the Venezuelan Youth Orchestra play the next day So basically we have no life.

Oh yeah, I joined 's orchestra. We're playing Rimsky-Korsakov's Capriccio Espagnol and Beethoven's 4th symphony. We're going for an orchestra camp this weekend, over Halloween. Therefore, none of that for me.

Supposedly I'm co-editor of the school's yearbook, but I've been so busy that I haven't had time to meet with the other editor to talk about my temporary stepping down until later in the year.

I like cheese.

Hmm, what else? I went to Portland, Oregon for three days, but was stuck in my hotel room. I did however pick up a King Crimson vinyl (Beat is the album's name) while I was there, so it's all good.

It's my birthday tomorrow!
